Example for lively.lang.Runtime

lively.lang.Runtime allows to live-develop non-Lively projects in Lively. A file "lively-runtime.js" in the projects base directory describes how that external project can be (re)loaded into Lively so that the Lively tools and evaluation environment have access to the project's exported objects.
